We weren't building a product. We were trying to make better decisions.

Goodrich began by evaluating businesses we wanted to acquire and invest in with our own capital. We needed a framework we could trust — one that didn't rely on vendor materials, didn't reward closing, and didn't bend under the pressure of a motivated seller. So we built one.
